At Synapse Research Institute, we offer a range of highly efficient ELISA assays designed to analyse various biomarkers related to blood coagulation. Utilizing a 96- or 384-well ELISA plate format, we are able to process a high volume of samples simultaneously, ensuring cost-effectiveness and speed.
Our current portfolio includes assays for Fragment 1+2, fibrin degradation products (FDP), von Willebrand factor (VWF), active VWF, and platelet markers CXCL4 and CXCL7. All these assays are based on the sandwich ELISA principle, a robust and widely accepted model for detecting and quantifying specific proteins.
A unique aspect of our assays is the use of in-house developed capture VHH antibodies for Fragment 1+2, FDP, and active VWF. VHH antibodies enable us to target highly specific epitopes, providing superior assay specificity while keeping production costs low.
These ELISA assays collectively offer comprehensive insights into the coagulation profile of your samples, supporting advanced research into hemostasis and thrombosis.
